Who does what – podiatry regulation and stakeholders

Podiatry regulators and stakeholders

The Board has published a diagram that provides an overview of the different regulators and stakeholder organisations in Australia that are relevant to podiatrists, podiatric surgeons and students.

It describes the Board’s role in the regulation of the podiatry profession under the National Registration and Accreditation Scheme. It also shows a number of other entities, including relevant regulators and stakeholder organisations.

While not an exhaustive list, it provides an overview of the different entities and a short summary of their functions and/or responsibilities. The information is provided as a guide only. For detailed information about the functions and/or responsibilities of the entities, refer to their respective website.
